About Gentle Grid
Gentle Grid is a registered NDIS provider based in Ballarat, Victoria. We provide disability support and nursing services across 14 NDIS support categories, serving participants in Ballarat and the surrounding Central Highlands region. Our team includes registered nurses, support workers, support coordinators, and plan managers.
We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and operate in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
