About Us
Gentle Grid Disability and Nursing Services Pty Ltd is a NDIS Registered Provider (Registration No. 4053606945) specialising in high-intensity clinical care, evidence-informed behaviour support, and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We bridge the gap between complex healthcare needs and meaningful community living by providing a structured “grid” of clinical governance that remains “gentle” enough to prioritise the participant’s voice. Led by Registered Nurses, we ensure that even the most intricate medical and behavioural requirements are met with expert oversight that enhances, rather than restricts, personal autonomy.
Our Vision
To be the benchmark for nurse-led disability support, where clinical complexity is met with such precision and empathy that every participant — regardless of their support needs — lives a life defined by their own choices, not their limitations.
Our Mission
To deliver evidence-informed nursing and behavioural supports that evolve with the participant, utilising specialised accommodation and clinical oversight to eliminate barriers to independence.
Our Values
1. Clinical Accountability: We take absolute ownership of clinical outcomes. We refuse to simply “monitor” participants; we are responsible for their health progress and the excellence of their environment.
2. Individual Dignity: We recognise the inherent worth of every person we support. We treat every participant with the same respect and high-standard care we would expect for our own families.
3. Purposeful Autonomy: We use our clinical expertise as a tool to expand freedom. Our medical knowledge exists to remove barriers to independence, never to enforce unnecessary control.
4. Collaborative Excellence: We operate as one unified team. By synchronising the expertise of nurses, support workers, families, and participants, we achieve results that no individual could reach alone.
5. Ethical Integrity: We do the right thing, even when it is the difficult thing. We maintain the highest professional standards in every interaction, ensuring transparency is the foundation of our trust.
